Overview:

This position is the first level within the Admissions Advisor job family at the Indianapolis, IN campus. In this role, the incumbent will be trained by successfully completing an initial training and/or certification process. Under supervision, the Admission Advisor is responsible for generating prospective high school students for enrollment including all phases of the Admissions process from marketing the program with students to qualifying them for enrollment. Resolves most enrollment questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


* Completes certification process and associated training to develop broad Admissions knowledge.

* Applies TEACH Values in the completion of all job assignments.

* Networks and develops professional relationships to generate personally-developed inquiries.

* Provides excellent customer service to students through application and enrollment process.

* Screens potential student applicants by phone and sets campus interviews.

* Assesses prospective students to ensure they have the potential, traits, characteristics and financial wherewithal to be enrolled through graduation.

* Conducts personal interviews to qualify candidates and to explain academic programs.

* Handles appointments, interviews and applications in a professional and timely manner.

* Advises students in program selection, test counseling, registration, etc.

* Provides general customer service to students from enrollment through graduation

* Performs consistently to meet performance targets.

* Adheres to laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities as well as the university's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

* Completes other projects and duties as assigned.

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* Previous Admissions experience helpful but not required.

Circuit Design Engineer

Must live or willing to relocate to the Fort Wayne Area. Looking for individuals that have IT / Telecommunications experience. Not required to have exact systems listed in job descriptions.

Summary of Position The primary responsibilities of this position includes:


Create new DLR’s (design layout requests) that are in their queue in the system.



Audit and update existing circuit records for all circuits and trunk orders.



Coordinate the facility assignments with the corresponding LEC or Carrier.



Work together with the ICSC and the INA groups to expedite orders and work on ways to streamline the processing of the ASR (Access Service Requests) and ISR’s (Internal Service Requests).



Coordinate with Engineering (Transmission, Outside Plant, Central Office) if needed to notify them of potential challenges with equipment or lack thereof for the customer orders.




Identify where equipment is required, and order the equipment for field delivery.

Prepare and issue purchase orders in Infinium to request and purchase required network components.



Create information on the CLR/DLR to properly dispatch the circuit to Viryanet and to the proper techs in the field.





Requirements include: knowledge of network architecture relating to circuit and network design.

Have an understanding of provisioning and Bell core practices.

Excellent organizational, communication (verbal and written) and customer relation skills are required.

Knowledge of M6/AAIS and/or DPI (Access Services and Provisioning software) or experience in a similar system a plus and the Microsoft suite of products.
