IU Army ROTC - 2 COMTEK Contractor (Officer) Positions Open

1. LTC Steve Guyer, our MS-III instructor, is transferring to IUPUI Army ROTC. IU ROTC is scouting for an officer to replace him on the cadre staff. This is a COMTEK contractor full-time permanent position --immediate fill. We are looking for an experienced CPT, MAJ or LTC (see Qualifications below).

2. IU ROTC is also looking for a temp COMTEK hire for 1 year starting in Dec 07 (to backfill the Training Officer, while he is deployed to Iraq)

QUALS: (APMS) Assistant Professor of Military Science Requirements (Battalion Level) Retired/former Army Active Component or retired or serving Reserve and National Guard Army Officers Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree desired at many institutions).

Minimum eight years military experience in the Army. Retired/separated from the Army not more than five years. Possess and wear Army uniforms. Meet Army height and weight standards. Pass the standard APFT (without alternate events). Pass periodic, unannounced, Government-administered drug screening tests. Be able to travel and stay overnight for periods up to 90 days. Have a favorable National Agency Check (NAC), prior to nomination and hiring.
