We’re looking for caring, compassionate and committed employees for the positions of:
SUPPORT ASSOCIATE: (Full-Time/Part-Time) assists consumers with activities of daily living including community orientation, shopping, socialization skills, cooking, cleaning, social interactions , transportation, and on appointments. CNA’s welcome, but not required.
HOUSE SUPERVISOR: .Primary duty is to supervise Support Associates and provide the overall management of supervised living settings. Must have flexibility in work days and hours.
QMRP/ PROGRAM DIRECTOR: oversees the delivery of consumer services for multiple sites, supervises personnel. BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience of 3 years. Must have flexibility in work days and hours and a minimum of two years of verifiable experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Adept is a leader in providing excellent services to individuals with developmental disabilities living in a group home or supported living setting. We need quality individuals willing to support adults with developmental disabilities in learning new skills and improving their lives.
We have opportunities in Indianapolis, Franklin, Greenwood, Beech Grove and Brownsburg.
