Job Title: Fabrication Operator

Location: IN-Greencastle

Functional Area: Manufacturing - Fabrication

Job Responsibilities:

- Set-up, adjust and operate brake press to form parts and straighten pressto flatten parts to print specifications.

- Set-up, adjust, and operate a CNC control laser to cut parts to printspecifications, including loading and unloading of sheet steel and sorting parts.

- Set-up, adjust and operate CNC control punch plasma to cut parts to printspecifications, including loading and unloading of sheet steel and sorting parts.

- Set-up, adjust and operate tube bender to form tubes to printspecifications.

- Set-up, adjust and operate band saw to cut parts to pint specifications.

- Set-up, adjust and operate saw fixtures, drill fixtures, and flex armtapping to part print specifications.

- Change and adjust tooling and consumables on production equipment asrequired.

- Inspect parts per print specifications, using inspection table and basicinspection tools.

- Move raw material & parts using a lift truck, jib crane, bridge crane, andmaterial carts as required.

- Follow routings, work instructions, and control plans to insure parts areproduced to print specifications.

Qualifications:

- This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Must be able to print read

- Understand basic math including fraction and decimals.

- Some knowledge of CNC programming and controls
