Job Title: Setup Team Member
Salary Range: $12.16 - $18.58 Hour

Special Skills: High school diploma or (GED) Prior machine operator and setup
experience (Griner machines) Knowledge and capability to set up new processes
on Hydromats, grinders, and Acme machines. Must be able to run multiple
processes mechanically inclined and working knowledge of hand tools Good
basic math skills Ability to review and understand technical drawings and
blue prints Ability to lift up to 50# Quality oriented and attentive to
detail Key Measures: Set up times completed at quoted time or less Machine
efficiency at 95% (better) Zero safety issues Cost control by reducing waste
(such as scrap or broken tooling) and reduce nonvalue added operations



Job Title: Entry Level Machine Operator
Salary Range: $9.00 - $11.40 Hour
Job Description: Evening shift hours are 7:30 p.m through 6:00 a.m. Monday
through Friday. Must have a good amount of Mechanical experience.
