*Ground Floor Opportunity in Health IT Firm* A healthcare software firm, is in immediate need of a Production Support Analyst to fill a new position. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the production IT environment is stable and reliable at all times. This is a full time position with salary and benefits. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable managing application servers and confidently communicating with business customers and other members of the team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and relational databases is strongly desired. Knowledge of Visual Basic, VMWare and Linux helpful but not necessary. We are an ASP (hosted software) company with an established product that is rapidly gaining traction and customer acceptance. The successful candidate will manage our data center applications and work with both application developers and customers to analyze and solve problems. This is a ground floor opportunity to get involved in a successful venture which is poised for rapid growth.
