Resume Workshop And Career Planning Class:
The Owen County Public Library is fortunate to have Sue Anne Turner-Johnson of the I.U. Kelley School of Business come to the Owen County Public Library for a resume workshop and career planning program.
The class will be held Wednesday, June 13 at 10 a.m. and will last for approximately one hour.

Participants are asked to bring a copy of their current resume, if they have one, on paper, flash drive, or laptop. After the hour long class, Ms.Turner-Johnson will set up individual appointments for additional counseling, where she can help fine-tune your resume, write letters of introduction to prospective employers, and help you develop a career plan.

This class was developed for people at many stages of career development, whether recent high school graduates, currently unemployed, or underemployed in their job. Ms. Turner-Johnson has been providing this counseling to Indiana University students and is knowledgeable regarding many areas of career development.

This is sure to be a well-attended class, so please stop by the library and sign up in the Adult Programming Book, or call 829-3392 and give your name and contact information to Cyndi Currie, or a front desk librarian. There is no charge for the class.
