Family Reflections - A Place to Share Your Thoughts
A military career is not for the feint of heart nor weak of mind and body. And while it is a given that our soldiers must be and are strong in all these areas what about the families who support, wait, fear, worry, celebrate and yes, sometimes grieve? How do we support them as we watch and wait for the deployed to return home safe and sound? Or how do we comfort those who must face the reality that their loved one has made the ultimate sacrifice? Where does one turn to celebrate successes or to cope when not all endings are happy ones?
Right here of course. FRG consists of folks who have ‘been there’ and know what you are dealing with; we are here to provide friendship, support, information, recommendations and any other assistance that might be needed while your soldier is away. We invite you to share your feelings and observations; ask questions and find answers; seek help and we will try to provide whatever we can; or you might want to volunteer yourself to help others. FRG is here for you!!
