Catholic Youth Organization  Camp Rancho Framasa Now Hiring! School Year Program Coordinator

The School Year Program Coordinator (SYPC) is primarily responsible for the program facilitation for visiting groups in the following: outdoor education, leadership/team building, guest rental groups and spiritual retreats; this includes supporting staff and creating/facilitating schedules. Other camp life/community responsibilities are also functions of the SYPC. Prior experience in a supervisory position in a camp setting preferred.  Excellent administrative and organizational skills necessary.  Ability to be hands on and be flexible in the camp environment. Bachelor's Degree required. Position is full-time/year round. Benefits provided. Compensation Range: $30,000-$35,000 annual salary (may be adjusted based on experience).
