Overview:
The Lead is the first level of supervision. This position is only open to employees that work in the Mobilization section. Responsibilities include daily coordination with military oversight, conducting training, and assuring quality of task assigned.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Daily coordination with military counterparts.
• Task area planning and execution.
• Interviewing and screening candidates to fill vacancies.
• Identification of resources required to meet program needs.
• Collection of printed timecards.
• Must be capable of presenting various classes and training presentations to the team.
• Participate in employee relations, management, and counseling meetings.

Minimum Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:
• Current full-time employee in the Mobilization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Willingness to be flexible with ability to multitask.
• Demonstrates good written, verbal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates an ability to use effective problem-solving skills.

Work Condition:
Work is typically sedentary in nature, performed in an office setting.

Physical Demands:
Requires sitting for long period of time, repetitive typing, and making onsite visits to various locations inside the Lead’s perspective clin and SRI’s Human Resources Department.
