Small engine repair mechanics needed

Large company seeking people who have a background in engine repair.


Experience with small 2 cycle and lawn mower engine repair preferred.


Other maintenance skills such as wiring and electrical helpful.


Position Purpose
The General Repair Associate position is a non-supervisory position responsible for diagnosing and repairing various powered equipment such as small engines, power tools, etc... This position will ensure units are in a repaired and satisfactory condition and meet inspection requirements before shipment.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities


Cleaning of repaired units

Packaging repaired units for shipment

Run equipment to transport repair units within the facility

Assist in the loading and unloading of units form trucks

Tracking shipments to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction

Track and maintain supplies for the complex repair facility (Cleaning supplies, Packaging materials, and other supplies)

Position reports to Repair Department Head


Environmental Job Requirements

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate the work of assigned recruitment staff to ensure achievement of annual collection goals and effective Sponsor group development, Sponsor contact support, and implementation of recruitment strategies. Qualifications:

3.Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively implement programs is required.

Responsibilities
1. Ensure collection calendar is developed and maintained to meet the needs of the region and the budgeted collection goal.
2. Oversee the implementation of recruitment plans and programs among assigned staff to ensure achievement of collection goals.
3. Supervise and develop assigned staff in accordance with personnel policies and bargaining unit contracts, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and appropriate input into hiring and firing decisions, to enhance the success of operations and minimize turnover.
4. Assist with budget planning and monitoring to assure sufficiency and efficient utilization of financial resources to achieve stated collection goals.
5. Serve as creative and operational resource to recruitment staff and to participating chapter staff and volunteers as needed to support efficient, smooth collections operations.
6. Working with the Education Department, will support training programs for new and incumbent recruitment staff to ensure compliance with ARCBS directives, the Code of Federal Regulations, local procedures and policies and other regulatory requirements.

Aviation airframe tech needed

Local Aviation company looking for experienced fabricators or airframe mechanics to fill positions.


Our company is seeking a back shop Aviation Technician to service, repair, and modify aircraft airframes and components in accordance with company standards, FAA regulations, and predetermined company processes and procedures.


This person will be trained as necessary, and will perform sheet metal fabrication/repair, composites repair, and/or overhaul of secondary flight structures, interiors and panels.


A good candidate for the position will have the following description:
