with main operation of sheet fed 2+ color press & machine/press maintenance
required.

Individual must possess an Associate's degree with at
least 3-years of experience. Responsible
for providing high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports,
handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as
preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and
scheduling meetings.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word,
Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
Individuals will be responsible for mounting and
dismounting of various tires. Some light
mechanical work is involved. Must
possess a valid driver's license (CDL-A) is a plus!

Individual will supervise and coordinates activities of
10 or more production associates.
. Trains or
directs training of associates in area such as equipment operation, assembly
and fabrication processes, product inspection and measurement, work safety
practices, and completion of shop floor documentation.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years of administrative
experience including one year with a health care organization.
*Responsible for accounts payable and processing of all
invoices received.
*Responsible for maintaining the Center's HIPPA
Compliance program.
*Responsible to coordinate Human Resources.
*Responsible for the Center's Credentialing compliance.
*Responsible for coordinating Center's physical facilities
including maintenance, housekeeping, security, HVAC, grounds and communication
with all applicable vendors. Coordinate the IT environment and is responsible
to take a technical lead for projects which involve maintaining and
implementing technology solutions for the facility.
1 Year verifiable experience
Shuttle auto parts from local distribution center to GM
Fort Wayne from a 10 mile radius at dedicated delivery times; multiple
dedicated deliveries per shift.
Complete necessary trip sheets, reports and performance
metrics as required.

A minimum of 1-year billing/collection experience in a
health care organization. Minimum of 1-year medical insurance background
preferred.
1-year of accounting experience preferred.
Responsible for gathering charge information,
coordinating, coding, entering into database completes billing process and
distributing billing information.
Responsible for collection of delinquent patient
accounts.
Responsible for communicating and ensuring contractual
compliance with providers.
Assists in other assigned office functions.
* Ability to
interpret mechanical maintenance assembly drawings, and electrical, electronic
and fluid power system schematics.

Qualified candidates must be willing to accept a third shift

consultative sales, using needs assessment skills to align MIE solutions with
client needs

with Occupational Health, EMR or ERP systems

supervisory, negotiation, delegation and organizational skills
* Oral
presentation and training skills, and public speaking experience Extensive
implementation skills, to include pre-sales support and creation of scope;
pre-implementation budgeting and timeline planning; project management with
respect to adherence to milestones, timelines, and budgets; and
post-implementation needs assessment for customization and enhancement of
solutions.
