* ONGOING - Internet - Virtual Career Fair. Calling all veterans, transitioning members and military spouses seeking employment opportunities.

* Military Readiness Workshop for Michiana Job Fair. Pre Conference Workshops for Military and Veterans are being offered to prepare for our upcoming Military Job Fair on November 15th, 2012 at the Century Center. Please feel free to RSVP at the location convenient for you to attend. Workshops will include Interview Skills, Translating Your Military Experience, Dress for Success, and more. Light refreshments will be served.

* Tuesday, October 30th from 6 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. –South Bend
* Friday, November 2nd from 9 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. –South Bend
* Friday, November 9th from 9 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. –Elkhart


* Saturday, October 27th, Mission: Transition As part of our strong, ongoing commitment to America's military, The Home Depot is proud to announce a special one-day event across the nation. Unlike a job fair, these Civilian Career Workshops focus on helping service members and veterans transition successfully into the workforce in any industry. With service at the center of our core values, we are proud to arm service men and women with knowledge and resources to navigate a successful transition into a meaningful career. It is our goal to serve the military community. Events will take place in Evansville and Indianapolis


* Thursday, November 15th, Michiana Military Job Fair, South Bend, IN. This event allows employers in the community the opportunity to discover the wealth of resources from our Indiana Veterans and military looking for employment. 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., fair is open to Military and their spouses. After 12 pm, doors will open to the general public. The event will be held at Century Center, 120 S. St. Joseph Street, South Bend, IN 46601.
